This after the state during the last sitting indicated that it had concluded investigations into the assassination. This included the downloading of both the accused's cellphones for call data, financial information, facial comparisons, and the drafting of the indictment. Both the accused, alleged shooter Armindo Pacula and the alleged orchestrator of the assassination Victor Majola will now appear before the High Court. Pacula has been detained at Modderbee Prison for safety concerns. His lawyer previously told the court that Pacula intended to plead guilty, but he wanted to peruse the docket #sabcnews
