The best litmus test for a cold email: Would you reply? Would you actually stop what you’re doing, hit reply, and type a response? If the answer is no, don’t send it. Most people write cold emails they would never reply to themselves. Then they blame the list, the deliverability, the timing. Before you optimize anything else, pass your own test first.
