Robert “Bob” Hagan (Delta Rho–Valdosta State ’74) recently returned from India, where, as a member and a past district governor of Rotary International, he was participating in a project to immunize the children of India against polio.

The KAOEF is saddened by the passing of Franklin “Frank” William Maresh (Omicron–Texas ‘58) who passed away on Tuesday, October 2, at the age of seventy-nine in Kerrville, Texas. Frank served the KAOEF for more than a decade including as Chairman and President from 2003 to 2007.
