Maurizo Micheli is heading down the right direction for me. Scouting best youth talents - increase the floor of the academy âś… Bring in prospects that have big upsides âś… Follow metrics couple with his scouting eyes to identify t1/t2 talent that can be integrated with the 1st XI âś…

Introducing my new Scouting profile dossier. Last page shows my verdict but eassentially Cash on the counter = Placed. This is profile worth investing in, considering the priority is squad rotation/impact for #Arsenal. #Christos #Tzolis🇬🇷

The inflated PL prices and this market is leading me to believe maybe we get a maximum of 1-2 EPL players rest are definitely going to be from other leagues. I know the overall market is also impacted but Prem is absolutely pumping itself to the moon.

Player spotlight 💡 Kerim Alajbegović ⚡️🇧🇦 | Kerim continues to show why he is one of the most exciting young wingers in Europe, combining dynamic 1.86 physical tools with lethal ambipedal finishing and fearless direct dribbling. At just 18, his trajectory highlights a forward with immense tactical versatility and genuine match-winning potential. Already establishing himself as a creative force and a set-piece specialist, his ceiling suggests a future world-class attacker capable of anchoring any elite fluid system.

While Arsenal are on the verge of signing Jeremy Monga seems like with the new links to E.Mbemba, sounds like we are reinforcing the floor of the youth team. Reassuring to understand it was metric and Micheli driven. While we are at it… I would recommend one more winger name. Jesse Bisiwu. A highly talented 18-year-old Belgian winger playing for Club Brugge's reserve side, Club NXT. Nicknamed the "Contortionist," his profile is defined by blistering pace, exceptional agility, and sharp 1v1 dribbling that allows him to cut inside effectively from the left flank. x.com/pedriiburner/status/20…

Don’t price the guy out of a decent move. You can not justify £80m when Anderson is in the same market for £100m. Realistically it has to be around £60-70.
West Ham internally believe Mateus Fernandes can go on to become one of the “best players in the world” within one to two years and have set an aspirational £80m asking price for him. #WHUFC standard.co.uk/sport/footbal…

PSG faces a low block in virtually every domestic Ligue 1 match they play, translating to roughly 75% to 80% of their total games across a full season. Aston Villa’s relationship with the low block is completely different from PSG’s. While PSG faces a low block out of pure obligation because teams are terrified of them. Aston Villa is a team that actively tries to bait opponents out of playing a low block.  Villa faces an intentional low block much less frequently roughly 30% to 40% of their games, typically only against bottom tier PL sides fighting for survival, or in specific home fixtures where a lower-table side is content playing for a 0-0 draw. For a total football team you have a player like Barcola who time & time again finds himself in the final 3rd. Almost inevitably. Decision making in shooting can be fixed but the athelticism, blind runs, pausa and PnP…can’t coached as easily. Rogers is PnP beast generates thar battering ram runs with space in front of him on a break.. but can he adapt to have more micro touches and link with players around a set block…remains to be seen. @DataMB_ for the 📊 If the choice is one. I think i know mine.

Scouting Goal keepers is an intriguing niche…. - how quickly do they get down covering near and far post drilled shots - repeat save actions , reflexes - quick scans to set ball into space - touches and reverse passing long short - starting position when up against counters - concentration over time Theres a ton more but i am looking at some of these categories refining the GK scouting knowledge, interesting stuff.

Player spotlight💡 Dženan #Pejčinović | Emerging as a clinical offensive standout despite playing in a struggling side, this forward excels at converting high probability chances inside the box with his devastating left foot. His imposing 188 cm frame gives him an elite aerial presence, making him an ideal target man capable of robust hold-up play and dominating central defenders on the end of crosses.  While he lacks elite top end speed over vast distances, his sharp short-burst acceleration allows him to react instantly to loose markers in tight spaces. Combined with highly mature spatial awareness, this quick burst makes him a constant threat to drop deep, link play, or anchor the attack.
