Deploy your AI agent to Kubernetes? Solid choice. I like that @boredabdel does a legit end-to-end example of containerizing, deploying, and configuring an ADK agent on @googlecloud GKE Autopilot. cloud.google.com/blog/topics…

The coolest thing about this post is actually that it was written by a new contributor as their first contribution! Congratulations to our newest contributor, Kashish!

Good post from Aja. Pair programming, TDD, and small commits set you up well for working with AI agents.

Our new Gemma 4 12B model hits a sweet spot between size performance: it can run locally on a laptop, while enabling powerful multi-step reasoning and agentic workflows. Can’t wait to see what the community does with this one!
Celebrating the milestone of a massive 150 million downloads of Gemma 4 with the release of the new Gemma 4 12B model! It's incredibly powerful for such a small model and it’s tiny enough to run locally on a laptop with just 16GB VRAM. Apache 2.0 license - happy building!

I led AI enablement for a 3500-person engineering org. I transformed our interview process to hire AI-native talent. I build agents every day as part of my new role at the Agentic AI Foundation. Come hang out with me tomorrow as I share what I've learned.
Hey yall! I'm bringing back Twitter Spaces lol. This series will be focused on REAL AI WORKFLOWS FROM TRUSTED DEVS. First guest: the one and only Angie Jones (@techgirl1908)! It has been great partnering with @anthropic on helping secure Claude Code with GKE and gVisor. This quote says it all "gVisor and seccomp have been hardened against well-resourced adveraries for lar longer than agentic AI has existed" anthropic.com/engineering/ho…

πŸ—£οΈ Gemma 4 12B for transcribing hours of audio files locally, for free (and in hundreds of languages!) @googlegemma @GoogleDeepMind
150M download is wild, congrats! Just transcribed an 88min audio file using Gemma 4 12B in Eloquent locally. Took just over 7 minutes get the full AI polished transcript. Very impressed so far!

Challenge accepted @RemikSamborski! πŸ§»βž‘οΈπŸš€ I took the #NapkinChallenge and built a Personal Marathon Tracker & AI Scorer from a simple tablet sketch using Google AI Studio and Gemini 3.1 Pro. Zero manual coding. The wild part? The app hit a GPX parsing error, but AI Studio caught the logs and Gemini fixed its own bug automatically. 🀯 Now it tracks distances, charts pace over time via Recharts, connects to Firestore, and has Gemini acting as a running coach. (It gave my Stockholm Marathon a 78/100 called me out for hitting the wall at km 30! 🧱) Your turn @kaslinfields @lukeschlangen @BillyJacobson #NapkinChallenge #BuildInPublic #Gemini #AIStudio #GoogleAI

New capabilities and form factors are now available in Google Antigravity: antigravity.google/ It started as an IDE for agent-assisted coding. Now it targets a much broader array of use cases and user interaction styles, like CLI and voice.

We had a UX review for @geminicli today and the changes coming soon are really fantastic. Our UX team is now prototyping directly in the code, often sending PRs or PRs are used as specs for more complex changes. This is not the same Google, many of us are changing rapidly.

Gemini 3.1 Pro is now available for all paid tiers! The default model router, Auto (Gemini 3) will use Gemini 3.1 Pro as it's pro model for complex prompts. You can also set the new model via /model to try it out. We are excited to see how you put it to use!

I went to a @WriteSpeakCode meetup years ago where I gave a talk arguing something very similar! That storytelling is your most valuable skill. Great quotes in here. There were a couple that really resonated with me around the work we do on the @K8sContributors comms team!
What's the most important skill you can develop right now? I'd argue it's persuasive communication skills. I study this topic and practice it here, with my team, and with customers. These are the books that have impacted me the most: seroter.com/2026/02/25/these…
