As someone who watched anime since I was a child because I enjoyed it. Who always was looked at like a weirdo because “weird Japanese cartoon”, it really is pissing me off to watch a sect of new “anime fans” get on social media and prove over and over that they are in fact tourist/bandwagoners who only got into the medium because it was popular then go on to use its popularity to talk into a microphone and spew stuff that makes it so obvious they don’t even know what they are talking about. And make it seem like they might actually hate anime. In fact it’s like the people who bullied our love for anime infiltrated, got a platform and now get to make fun of it and criticize it even more under the guise of “now being a fan so my opinions are more valid”. I don’t go into another culture’s media and tell them what to do. If it’s not for me I just don’t engage in it. Idk why that’s so hard. Instead you ruin it for the people that enjoy it? Ok….

I don’t think there’s a worst arc for me, but I do think there’s a focus issue in a number of them. Tightening up more on the most plot relevant characters to get the theme of the arc across would’ve been very beneficial, especially in the second act
