Honestly, I even envy artists who can literally live unprocessed, unworked-through emotions through painting. Any painting is about processing emotions one way or another - but I just can't paint «raw» ones.

I really tried. But it feels like being pushed to say something you don't have the words for. Painting is a language too, after all. Just thinking out loud.

Painting was never how I process emotions. Conveying already felt ones - yes. But expressing what hasn't 'cocooned' yet? No. That feels almost violent - forcing unprocessed feelings onto a physical medium. I respect other ways, but not for me.

GN my friends 😌 I’m honestly feeling quite confused by all the advice I keep reading here. Post a lot. Don’t post too much. Tag people. Don’t tag people. Repost your own posts. But don’t repost your friends. At some point, it stops feeling like community and starts feeling like strategy. X does not feel like a space to grow together anymore. It increasingly feels like a space where you have to become more individualistic just to grow. And because of that, the overflow ends up somewhere else. I receive hundreds of DMs a day, because if it does not work on the timeline, the artist or AI creator slips into the inbox instead. 😜 The result is simple. I am very behind. On messages. On replies. On reading people properly. Maybe I’m just tired. But tonight, all of this feels more frustrating than inspiring. what about you ?
