The β83 & β84 SCF was peak NHL hockey. Two of the greatest teams of all-time in back to back years. Just like Lakers-Celtics matchups of the era, or Cowboys-Steelers, the #Isles & #LetsGoOilers rivalry was as good as it gets in team sports. Legendary. π πππππππ

From 1981 through the 1993 season, these 4 head coaches won 10 out of 13 Super Bowls. If you extend it through 1995 and include Walsh's and Johnson's successors (Seifert and Switzer), it comes to 13 out of 15. (The others: Tom Flores in '83, Mike Ditka in '85)
