Congratulations Leparada! This is a long time coming. Once known for its academic performance the district suffered a long lean period.

The Leparada district recorded the highest pass percentage in both the Class X and XII examinations.
On the other hand, Kurung Kumey and East Kameng districts recorded the lowest pass percentage in the Class X and Class XII exams respectively.

It is 3.44PM and only 450 votes have been cast out of over 1000 voters at Bazar secondary school, Basar Leparada. Began with EVM glitch at the outset. People have been waiting over 6 hrs in line. @ceoarunachal
No wonder citizens are reluctant to exercise their adult franchise!
