Here in COVID isolation, ordered groceries for delivery yesterday from @safeway. Order picked but not delivered, 3 calls to Customer Srvc, no closer to resolution. 2 requests to speak with a Manager. Advised to wait 24 hours for a call back. Won't do this again.
