Equity is ugly. If you’re 100% committed to equitable practices & NOBODY is upset or even inconvenienced, you’re lying. ADVOCATING for equity isn’t harmonious. Systems anchored in privilege are disrupted, interrupted, & rebuked by REAL equity. #BOOM #equity
