My son's school district just decided to go remote learning...then even though they had originally decided to keep them, decided to eliminate elementary physical education specialists. I'm feeling angry, disappointed and sad...for the kids. My son cried when I told him.

A while ago my son's school district was proposing to lay off all physical education specialists. Recently they decided to keep them. I wrote a letter to the district as a parent. Maybe it helped. If you're interested I made a template of that letter: thepechallenge.com/advocacy-…

#espechat A3. We try to use strategies within each and every classroom. In The Gymnasium we use 5 minutes each class to reflect during a silent start and discuss how to self regulate.
