Heaven Birthday, Pat Summerall🕯️ The pinnacle of Pat's playing career came in the final week of the 1958 regular season. Though injured, the #Giants kicker booted a clutch, late-game 49-yard field goal in the Yankee Stadium snow to sink the Browns, 13-10. It was the NFL's longest field goal of the '58 season and forced a one-game Eastern Conference Playoff against Cleveland the following week.

Heaven Birthday, Ollie Matson🕯️ NFL Legend, PFHOF Class of 1972 Drafted third overall by the Chicago #Cardinals in 1952, the Olympic medal-winning sprinter brought versatility to the NFL running back position. Primarily a halfback and return man, Matson played 14 seasons — retiring in 1966 ranked #2 all-time in career all-purpose yards. In 1957, Ollie became the first Black NFL player ever to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated. He was the centerpiece of one of NFL history's most famous trades — the #Rams sending the rights of NINE players (including two draft picks) to the Cardinals for Matson in 1959. 6 Pro Bowls 5x First-Team All-Pro 1950s All-Decade Team
