My favorite actor is Warren Oates, who died, as I also plan to. I mostly act in movies but also made one called BLOOD RELATIVES. It’s about a vampire family.
Emmet came to set with 2 things: a copy of his credits, which was a small-type single spaced double column list of modern classics that filled a whole page, & two-dollar bills which he passed out to the entire crew. “Don’t spend it and you’ll never be broke.” Absolute legend. ♥️
You said, and it's in my notes here somewhere. Oh, there it is. You said, quote, "Green Day went woke last night." But I see you own a copy of American Idiot. The Broadway version, too, no less. And I just can't stop wondering, who do you think the American idiots are?
'First I drank the whiskey, then I drank the gin
I tried to make the toilet and broke my fucking shin
Next thing that I knew I was in London in the rain
Staggering up the platform off the boat train'
Remembering Shane MacGowan, a train song genre giant, who has died aged 65.
The SAG strike is over!! I can finally say it: watch my documentary Saturday night at 8 on HBO/MAX! I can't wait for you to see it! Couldn't say a word until now!!

20 years ago the LEGEND Richard Roundtree did one day on my 1st movie Brick. It was a tiny weird movie, we were a set full of kids, and he was so kind & generous & patient, and even hung out with us all that night. Incredible guy, incredible career ♥️
