I think you underestimate the value of a true floor general of CP3’s calibre. His role on the bench alone would be extremely valuable. He is great ball handler ,not a slouch on defence, extremely good in PNR , can shoot the 3 and thrives in the mid range. 🤷🏿♂️

Impact or not, CP3 can't individually wheel this Spurs team to a Championship. He had the chance to prove his greatness in 2021, but sadly, he and the Suns team choked a 2-0 lead.
There's only so much “veteran” leadership can do. They still need to close out games.
