sharing something i have been using lately ๐
one thing Iโve struggled with is eating healthy consistently. not because i donโt know what to eat, but because planning meals every day takes effort.
i have been using Anyaa, and itโs made things much simpler. whatโs been especially helpful is that my cook can just follow the meal videos and recipes, so thereโs much less back and forth about what to make each day.
itโs taken a lot of the thinking and planning off my plate, and i have found myself eating healthier without having to constantly manage it.
