🎵 Choral Scholars & Associate Choral Leaders - applications open!! 🎵 The Diocese of Manchester and @stmartins_music are working together to bring beautiful choral music to local churches. Supported by @churchofengland's Strategic Development Funding, Sing My Soul is helping to set up new community choirs, children's choirs and choral scholarships, giving everyone with a passion for music the chance to take part. 🎵 Choral Scholarships 🎵 Choral scholarships are aimed at aspiring singers who are considering a career in church and choral music. The programme offers stimulating and educative choral training to the scholars, and the chance to perform in churches around Manchester Diocese with the music team from St Martin-in-the-Fields, London. Up to ten singers will enjoy an intensive, focused period of development alongside others of a similar standard whilst building on a tradition of musical excellence in churches in the city centre and beyond. Today is my first official day of maternity leave. It’s strange for life to change so suddenly and for a career I’ve devoted myself to since 2006 to be put on hold. But I have @DamianBarton8 and everything else I need and I’m enjoying the glamour of being a Fabergé egg.
