I have to say that i am not experiencing the “exceptional customer service” that they are eager to promote. In my experience, this being my first order, it certainly is very poor. The issue arose on 2nd September and is still not sorted after numerous emails.

What an appalling experience with TSB bank in trying to open a business account. No accountability,poor service and no one taking responsibility.

You are entitled to your opinion but your talking absolute rubbish. Haven’t you heard of giving someone a chance. Instead of moaning about the situation why not get behind him and give Frank your full support, because at the moment you sound worse than Man Utd fans.
He’s out of his depth currently. A manager experimenting whilst at a top club. Feels like he needs to experiment elsewhere before being ‘ready’ but I’ll at least support him and the rest of the team when the game kicks off. The rest is out of our control anyway.
