I obviously love this analogy! In my experience, I’ve observed that each community interacts with chess in a way that resonates with its unique cultural fabric. The “fire” of chess ignites differently but burns just as brightly everywhere. It has the power to transcend geographical, cultural, and social barriers to catalyze meaningful change. 🔥

Fire is universally used & understood, but without exact instructions on how to start & use one, but fires are universally started & used. This is spread vs scale. Spreading chess impact will look different globally, without exact instructions, but it will burn bright everywhere.
