Every time Ruto is caught screwing Kenyans over, his defenders rush dig up some "evidence" about Uhuru having done something relevant or not. But "Uhuru did it too" is not a defense. If it was wrong under Uhuru, it is still wrong under Ruto.

The deal that allowed America to establish an Ebola isolation facility in Kenya was negotiated and signed during Uhuru Kenyatta’s regime. Why would anyone blame Dr. Ruto for that? Do those commercial activists know what it takes to cancel an already signed agreement?

International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Article 17)
Protects individuals from unlawful attacks on honor and reputation.
Kenya is a signatory to these instruments. always remember that.
