Shout out to the Post Office analyst who's charged with classifying my survey responses. "I don't need to feel like a valued customer, I just want efficiency and knowledgeability" doesn't lend itself to easy sentiment analysis.

I hope we see more SLACs leaning into their niche to differentiate themselves from the hundreds of similar colleges in the higher ed market. I'll be really interested to see where Salem College's direction takes them.
