Others, like us, lean more toward “glamping than camping.” We roll in, hook up, and let Sweet Caroline, our self-proclaimed pedestal queen, happily soak up all the amperage she can get. There’s comfort in that rhythm too: steady power, a good cup of coffee without checking the battery monitor, and maybe even a little A/C humming in the background. But no matter which lane you’re in; off-grid adventurer or full-hookup enthusiast, the heart of RV life stays the same. Your backyard is wherever you park it. The 3-year-old bag of frozen peas in my freezer watching me grab pizza rolls again.

Our pup was stung by a bumblebee. We just stepped outside to walk by the river. She just happened to step on one, then yelp! 😔 We were able to locate the stinger in her pawpad.

Remember slot car racing sets? When our boys were very young I built a door size double oval racetrack set for them with some great features. The multi-level racetrack has two lighted tunnels, a high-speed wide banked turn, allowing the cars to accelerate rapidly to slingshot around the curve. Tho, I would have preferred to have some of the @markmartin cars in the setup! 🏁
