Today, the Board of County Commissioners proclaimed January 16, 2025, as #NationalReligiousFreedomDay, a day to reaffirm the commitment to the principle that all individuals have the right to practice their faith without fear of discrimination or persecution.

Just back from speaking @ksmainstream luncheon about the threat to democracy from White Christian Nationalism and the antidote- church-state separation. I'm proud of the movement Kansas is building to protect religious freedom and the rights of the people. The energy is tangible!
