Being Bihari isn’t something to be embarrassed about. Biharis are resilient, hard working, and straight-forward people.
Today’s Bengal reminds me of Bihar of the 90s, the only difference is Non Resident Bengalis are more proud than Non Resident Biharis. The latter often hide their identity by burying their mother tongue influence with practice, the Bengalis still pretend they spent their childhood in the lawns of Satyajit Ray.
