Be careful about allowing people to be in a position because they are filling a void instead of fulfilling their purpose.

You can want something from someone for so long that you emotionally burn out. Then, by the time they finally respond and become what youāve been begging for or provide what youāve communicated you neededā¦.you are emotionally and mentally repelled, disconnected, and unwanting.

You donāt have to lower your standards.
You just need to step into the realm of reality so you can have reasonable expectations.
You wouldnāt receive āless than you deserveā.
It would allow you to get an honest glimpse of what supply is available and what you should demand.
