Has anyone ever had a great client who used the phrase, “I paid good money to….”? I feel like that is a red flag phrase. Anyone else have any red flag phrases from clients that they’d like to share?

When posts first rolled out to GBP section, I tested their ranking impact extensively. They had little to no impact on rankings. Pay close attention to the cities and industries Google rolls changes out to first. Post’s ranking impact may be worth retesting in select markets.

👀 “Services” as the first action button on a search in Google Maps - even more prominent than the call, website and directions CTAs. Google wants you to give searchers the answers in the search results. Don’t sleep on optimizing Services!

I want to see @JoyanneHawkins do a case study on whether a lack of accepting or denying third party updates to the GBP services section will impact rankings. I’ve had clients lose positions only to find there is an update to their services that have not been approved
