Tonight our BD Giant senior state qualifiers get to be the first BD 2026 graduates in a special Graduation Ceremony! The Wayne Township dedicated & caring school board, Cabinet and BD administration take care of our students when graduation conflicts with the State Meet. Thanks!

@WayneTwpSchoolsWestlake Elementary is becoming a hang out for multiple cars coming to the back parking lots spinning and doing tire burn outs then racing engines before speeding off down the new transportation center gate in the middle of the night.

Your Giants are 2026 MIC Champs! Our first since 2014!!!
It was a total team effort with at least 1 Giant scoring in every event & several events had multiple scorers!
5 first place finishes! Distance accounted for 40 of team’s 135 points!

Lynhurst 7th grade band concert! My grand twins and their ensemble and the 8th grade jazz band. Pretty good for rookies! Yep I was a proud band nerd in school!

As a Veteran I appreciate and am thankful for the support my military family had with Wayne schools from the time we moved here from Fort Benning, Georgia. My oldest attended 3 school districts in one year due to military moves but finally Westlake to BD became our home.

40 yr reunion 1985 Danville, IL Vikings track & field, my brother Kevin Hall state champion 110 hurdles, his teammate Bobby Brooks 2nd in state 110 hurdles and another teammate Van Cowan state champion in Long Jump! On HS wall of fame!
