I notice how often I’ll fill my fertile time with socializing thru calling or texting. So I guess all my relationships may be sustained by my fertile time!
Such time allows new ideas to ferment, stress level to go down, a hunger for new experience to develop…

Case for qi gong: feels better than yoga, more directly working with energy… I get chills within a few mins of starting usually.
Case against: kinda opaque to find teachers, doesn’t seem as clearly full-body beneficial as yoga - seems to be ~ all standing poses
