About to do my 1st ever 5k for the fabulous @wuthcharity& wanted to say thanks to @jowhiley for taking the time to do the couch- 5k programme.I've never run more than 2 mins & at 47, perimenopausal, losing muscle tone & the rest.. couldn't have done it without you! Huge thank you
