I cancelled my dogs @barkbox after 10 yrs bc he was diagnosed with an incurable and aggressive cancer. Customer service was great and I received two very kind responses. 4 days later they sent me an email urging me to come back? A little insensitive, don't you think?

Sobbing and sick to my stomach over this sunbury rescue case. I'm heartbroken for these babies, but relieved they've finally been saved. I'm disgusted that this has been reported before, and nobody did anything until it went viral on Facebook and TikTok.
