How do people stay up to date with the plethora of new scientific information that’s available? Anyone aware of any apps that send monthly updates of relevant papers ?

Putting this together was a mammoth task! Most important learning point for me was the significantly higher rate of medical complications following shoulder arthroplasty for trauma compared to elective surgery. Patient selection, pre-op optimisation & post op vigilance is key.
