Today we launch our campaign to urge people to check if your state pension is missing any NI contributions. Before 5 April 2023 you can buy back up to 16 qualifying years. After 5 April, you can only buy back 6. This will disproportionately affect women.

85.9% of uk organisations have a mean pay gap favouring males - WOW!
Just analysing the UK’s pay gap stats following the deadline this week. By my calculations, of the 10,135 organisations that submitted, 8,705 have a mean pay gap favouring males. That’s 85.9%. @GIWLkings @PayGapApp @closethepaygap @lead5050
