Obviously everything Trump did is directly contrary to the constitution during this interregnum. Have had no lawful authority since appearances of winning fraud perpetrated on Americans.
It was brilliant.
The Trump administration is proposing a new rule that forces all federal employees to sign NDAs upon hire.
Employees who speak out or report wrongdoing could be fired, blacklisted, even sued under this rule.
This is a direct threat to both the First Amendment and would-be whistleblowers who already face impossible hurdles when holding the government accountable.
We have less than two weeks to stop it.
