Goodness me, when things go wrong with @Lufthansa_DE there is no Plan B. They don’t have a direct handle on X for customer service, I note. And as for Frankfurt Airport, a clunkier WiFi would be hard to find.

Deeply saddened by news of Prof David Taylor. A friend and colleague for 40 years, intelligent, challenging, above all fun. I will miss him, as I’m sure will others, especially in the world of pharmacy.

I have rung 21 dental practices in Wiltshire to try to get emergency treatment. 16 were fully booked and 5 were closed. A vignette of a service that seems disfinctional.
