Devastated to receive the news that my lifetime friend Phillip Jackson 'Jacko' to many of us has suddenly passed away. Words cannot describe how much this hurts. You were one of life's gentle souls, from secondary school to our 60's a constant friend and I will miss you alwaysπ

I was diagnosed in 2010, you learn to live with it, you have to enjoy the good days and battle through the infections as and when they happen.....which they do. I refuse to give in to it, as tough as it is sometimes. #rheumatoidarthritis #autoimmune

Thoughts with all those from various forces who are on aid today supporting their Met colleagues in London. There are multiple protest marches and the FA Cup Final taking place. Look after each other and get home safe π
