Please NEVER ever take out a Van lease with @Arval_UK @ArvalBNPParibas . I had a Brand new @vauxhall van through them. in the 3 years I had it, it required 2 new engines. All the while leaving me to pay the lease payments whilst it sat in a garage for over 10 months!

after getting nowhere on the repair I eventually refused to pay the lease for the last 2 months. Now @Arval_UK are demanding that lease payment. Despite the fact I had to buy a new car just to get to work. #awful #moneygrabbers
