I sent the notice yesterday. It was 4 pages highlighting issues with this place and the repairs I did and the landlord's neglect. My friend said it was informative and concise. I bet the new rental Management agency is like... Glad she's leaving! π€£π
We signed a lease for a new place. This is the view from the street out front. Financially I am absolutely destroyed but emotionally I am hopeful. I'm giving notice today and it is going to be lengthy. I'm pretty pissed.

Once I got moved, Iβm considering switching streaming platforms. Twitch is nice simply because Iβm monetized there, but Iβm also tired of explaining to people what Twitch is and struggling to get new viewers organically
