It is with mixed feelings that we will once again launch a free winter coat exchange at all three of our stores on Sunday 1st October 🧥♻️💚
It is heartbreaking to see so many families in need, but we are pleased to be able to help in some small way.

Good news! I enjoyed an Edinburgh music tour led by Jonathan Trew back in the different days of pre-pandemic life. Music is a constant reviver - and Fiona Shepherd a great commentator, this will be fun
Our Edinburgh’s Greatest Hits Music Walking Tour is back for the Fringe. Led by The Scotsman’s lead rock and pop reviewer Fiona Shepherd, these 90 minute tours take an irreverent look at the capital’s music scene. 5 🌟 reviews Book here bit.ly/45n9wTX@WhatOnEdinburgh

Grief-stricken that @Pilmeny Youth Centre will be shutting its doors tomorrow after 33 years.
This is years of local government cuts coming home to roost. It may not be as headline-grabbing as other huge closures in 2022 but #Leith's young ppl are losing out.
ALT Statement from Pilmeny Youth Centre on the closure after 33 years in the heart of Leith.
It was a great experience. Grew out of @leithopenspace project I was involved in, our local community scheme was called Opening Doors – supported by national and local politicians so shadows got to see their work in UK & Scottish parliaments and Edinburgh city council
Good local news - whatever is happening on the national scene, a chance to support and celebrate local talent, the second anthology of #LeithWritings The Seagull on The Shore is winging its way towards you very soon
