By linking to Teams we can enrich the Dynamics 365 Sales data with Teams Conversations. I can see managers creating themselves as Contacts so they can 'enrich' the data with what their reports really think of them ;)

Microsoft's version of Dreamforce comes to town in the shape of the AI tour. I'm at the Community Hub extolling the virtues of engaging with tech communities in the main Expo hall next to LinkedIn claw machine.

Renewed for my 16th year in the MVP Program. Honored and humbled as always.
I am now spanning two groups.
Business Applications is still there but also Azure Innovation Hub (Quantum Computing). I finally get to use that quantum mechanics honors degree I got all those years ago

Sorry New Outlook, I gave you a red-hot go (again!!) and you failed me. This time subfolders off the Inbox disappeared along with their Move and Quick Steps. ics mgmt awful, no ability to remove attachments from received emails. Sadly, back to old Outlook.

and then it corrupts my TaskBar, refusing to be removed, and messed with the Old Outlook TaskBar icon. Seriously, delaying release is surely a better option than this.

@Qantas up to their old tricks. At 10pm I'm told via SMS my 9am flight is cancelled and I will be allocated a new flight ASAP. Now it is midnight and heard nothing. Check the app and I am on the 8am flight with QF expecting me to have a psychic moment and arrive an hour earlier.

I call @qantas up and ask to be allocated to the 11am flight which they are still advertising seats for. I am told it is full so it seems they are not only cancelling flights to backfill earlier flights but selling seats they don't have.
