The @cosmoshub upgraded to v15.1 yesterday. 90% of validators who participate on the testnet were up and signing within 5 blocks 🐇 💪 for everyone else...only 50% were signing that fast 🐢 👀.

Only the Hub community has the technical power to approve or suspend community pool funding, and I believe in the community's ability to use that power wisely! And committees should help us make those decisions efficiently, not make them for us. (6/6)
