I took down yesterday’s post because, well. 😆 Talking about things through in DMs with trusted people and moots can be genuinely refreshing, but the moment you scroll the timeline and look at the bigger picture, you realize you can’t help or build something in a space that seems determined to stay broken day by day even more. Whether I’m here or gone one day won’t change what I believe in or why I started in the first place. The problem is that somewhere along the way, the original purpose got lost here. No one seems to know who we’re fighting against anymore, or how. Too many people are waiting for someone else to follow instead of standing by their own convictions and acting on them. Nothing changes until people stop waiting to be led and start taking ownership of what they believe. Build your own judgment. Work alongside others, not beneath them. And whatever choice you make, make it because you understand it, believe in it, and are willing to stand by it when no one else does. And one last thing: creating unnecessary drama, tearing others down, spreading uncertainty, and demoralizing the community only reinforces every negative stereotype people have always had about us. And I think this concept applies no matter which side of this story you find yourself on.
