#IWA22! Winner Best Irish Single Pot Still 11 years and under Two Stacks - Polaris 1.2 6YO SPS finished in Cabernet Franc Ice Wine Cask for 14 months. Distilled by The Great Northern Distillery in 2016 using a 70% Unmalted 30% Malted Barley #Mashbill. Kudos to late Brian Watts.

Killowen Dark Rum - Cask Aged / Solera Method, Cask Strength- Small Batch
Not a spiced rum or Sourced Liquid. Instead, fermented onsite from 50% blackstrap molasses and 50% Sugar.
Distilled by Killowen's flame-fed copper pot stills and worm-tubs also copper thumper keg.
