In 24 months, I went from selling: $5k AI chatbots → $60k AI audits that lead to $250k development deals. Here's the 3-phase ‘AITP’ model we use at Morningside AI that 12x'd our average deal size:

Most AI agents forget you the moment the session ends. Claude Managed Agents fix the "always-on" part — Claude Code in the cloud, only billed when it's actually working. But the agents themselves aren't the real unlock. The unlock is wrapping them in a memory system. The agent reads from a doc and writes back to it. At the end of every day, it runs a "sleep cycle" — re-reads the conversation, updates its notes. Next morning, it picks up exactly where you left off. That's the version worth building a business around. Pick a vertical, wire the loop, sell the super-assistant.

When Andrei Karpathy said he's never felt more behind, that was my wake-up call. He co-founded OpenAI. He coined "vibe coding." Even he can't keep up? I realized that ‘keeping up’ isn’t the game. So I stopped doom-scrolling AI news feeds and stayed locked in on one thing: building AI Operating Systems for businesses. Instead of tuning into trends, I was able to spot trends before they even hit Twitter. If the AI news cycle is stressing you, its not because it’s moving too fast. This momentum is in your favor, if you just pick the right lane, stay dialed in, and block out the rest.

AI agencies have been building automations top-down for years. Audit → Scope → Automate Build one system at a time 🔁 But lately I've been setting up AI Operating Systems (AIOS) for founders. These are workspaces that know their entire business and connect to all their tools. This foundation allows bottom-up automation. Every new workflow built on top of it takes hours instead of weeks. One member of my community is charging $5K to fly out and install an AIOS, then $2.5K/month to keep building on top of. He’s running a one-person operation with 0 developers. Another Accelerator member productized her AIOS work for e-commerce and sells $10K setups. As the tech evolves, the agency model is shifting and new opportunities are opening up.

My AI agents course hit 2 million views. I just rebuilt the whole thing for 2026. New tools. New builds. New money playbook. 4 live builds inside: → Telegram expense tracker → Website lead gen chatbot → Voice agent that auto-qualifies new leads → Full sales copilot with its own frontend There's currently 1 AI service provider for every 1,100 businesses that need help. That window won't stay open.

Is your business still sleeping on voice AI? Retell is handling 50 MILLIONS conversations a month, and that's just one platform. Every missed call is a missed lead. Every after-hours voicemail is a customer who called a competitor next. The tech caught up. Now businesses have to.

I put together a tutorial on how to spin up your first voice agent on Retell. You can have it running in an afternoon. youtube.com/watch?v=oB7gia1k…

"I'm not technical enough for Claude Code" is the #1 excuse I hear from founders. I just spent 8 hrs in Cape Town proving 6 of them wrong. One sold his company for 8 figures. Another runs a $250K/month business. None had ever opened a terminal. But with a day of guidance, every single one walked out with a working AI Operating System: • An invoice checker catching errors before they cost money • Automated finance reporting that used to eat hours every week • A competitor analysis pipeline running on a schedule with zero input • A full content workflow from brief to published draft The future of business isn't hiring more people. It's founders who know how to build systems that run without them.

Most founders spend 80% of their time working IN their business. Only 20% working ON it. That ratio is why most businesses plateau — not effort, not talent, not market. An AI Operating System flips it by wrapping layers of automation around your existing business until the daily grind runs without you. 3 KPIs to track whether it's working: → Away-from-desk autonomy can you run your business from your phone? → Task automation % what share of your workload have you genuinely offloaded? → Revenue per employee (the new flex) the metric that separates AI-native businesses from everyone else

I made $1M in 7 days from a single webinar Planned, built, and launched almost entirely with my AIOS: a full system wrapped around my business that thinks, connects data, and executes across every vertical. Machinery changed how we make things. The internet changed how we reach people. AIOS changes how we run everything. We're in the third era of business but most founders haven't noticed yet.

If you think Remote Control for Claude is for coding... you're missing the bigger picture. It's a command center for running your business from your phone. I've been doing exactly that across my 4 companies: dispatching real work from my phone that gets done while I'm away from my desk. → Full marketing audits → Lead magnet built and deployed remotely → A month of sales calls turned into founder-grade insights The trick to getting this to work reliably is what I call an AI Operating System. Remote Control is really just a walkie-talkie. Out of the box, there's an intern on the other end (eager but underwhelming). With an AIOS, there's an executive assistant who knows your business, has access to your data, and ships work the way you need it done. The AIOS I built runs on three layers: 1️⃣ Context OS 2️⃣ Data OS 3️⃣ Intel OS

They called me crazy when I told everyone the ‘AI Automation Agency’ model was the future. "Beginners can't do this." "No-code won't work." "Businesses won't pay." Fast forward 3 years ⏩ an entire industry of businesses was built around it. Now I'm seeing the exact same pattern with what I'm calling ‘AI Operating Systems' Same skepticism. Same comments. Pessimists sound smart. Optimists make money. I’m staying optimistic.
