This is such important work! Well done @ResusCouncilUK 👍
We’re counting down to Christmas with #12DaysOfResus, looking back at the exciting year we’ve had at RCUK!  For day one, we’re celebrating the progress we’ve made in our campaign to improve post-cardiac arrest support across the UK, thanks to collaboration with survivors, co-survivors, and decision-makers.

Our Executive Director Neil Johnson represented @GlobalHeartHub at CVCT - Cardiovascular Clinical Trialists Forum in #Washington yesterday, where he attended a powerful & inspirational session on #Women in #CVD #Clinicaltrials. Globally, women with #CVD #HeartDisease are underserved - one reason being they are under studied & under represented in clinical research. But the issue is much bigger that that - Systemic #Sexism, #Inequity and #Patriarchy is pervasive in the #CVD #ClinicalResearch community. #PatientVoice has the potential to be the disrupter. All stakeholders, need to stand up and be counted. GHH is committed to bringing #PatientPower to this issue.

I can't helping thinking there was a time when the BBC would have covered such a momentous occasion live (on BBC2 at least). But no: Strictly and Flog It! The restoration of #NotreDameDeParis is a monumental achievement for France, for Europe, and for Christendom. The bell tolls.

Just gorgeous ❤️
I miss Valentina & her kiosk. I miss her positivity & warm-heartedness. Valentina has been undergoing cancer treatment. To cheer her up I turned the Valentina’s Kiosk theme into a song & the legendary @BBCSingers have recorded it for her. Here is Valentina’s Song. @BBCRadio3
