"I traveled to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and the Kyrgyz Republic in 2020; no other U.S. Senator had done so in more than a decade. Every head of state wanted to deepen their relationship with the U.S. Building closer relations between our countries is not simply desirable; it is a strategic imperative. These relationships must now focus on concrete deliverables: new mines, updated infrastructure, and AI stack investment." @SteveDaines, U.S. Senator from Montana, at Trans-Caspian Forum 2026.

Incredibly cool to hear about the involvement of @Saronic's Corsair unmanned surface vessel in the search & rescue operation for the downed Apache crew in the Strait of Hormuz. This is the way.

It’s ridiculous for the UN to put a democracy like Israel—with robust rule of law that conducts investigations and holds criminals accountable—on the same level as terrorist organizations like Hamas & ISIS which DELIBERATELY target civilians for sexual violence as a weapon of terror.

Dubai is already the second most popular destination in the world for travelers leaving Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport. Now Abu Dhabi-Tel Aviv will become Etihad’s most frequent route. Both the UAE and Israel are critical regional hubs and crossroads. Linking them together through the Abraham Accords is a tremendous force multiplier.

SECRETARY RUBIO: We signed a critical minerals agreement with Armenia - a reminder of another war President Trump helped settle. We are seeing the emergence of a great new relationship with Armenia that really had grown stagnant for a long period of time.

This FT article tries desperately to sow doubt about the commitment of the US and partners to the Board of Peace. They cite just one of many funding mechanisms that to date has not been utilized by the donor community. They do, however, acknowledge that BoP is being funded through other mechanisms. In typical form, they included this in the top of the story but then proceeded with the narrative they wanted to push all along.
FT Exclusive: Four months after its establishment, the organisation’s financial fund set up by the World Bank has received no money from donors, according to four people familiar with the matter. ft.trib.al/aqWkkaM
