My Father has now been without all services for nearly 2 MONTHS due to a degraded cable. 5 weeks waiting for Engineers, you cancel the day before, a further 2 week wait, 9 hours in customer service calls and STILL no service! Disgusting @virginmedia! Please escalate this!

Visiting my Father (support bubble) to switch his broadband provider for him and was mid-way through a call with @virginmedia customer services and at the mention of cancellation, the lovely lady hung up. Called back and got "we are now closed". Talk about "downing tools"!
