“Just a matter of weeks after losing Ben, in the midst of overwhelming grief, we set up a campaign called Ben’s Epic Christmas Boxes. We created giftboxes for children who’d be in hospital over Christmas in hospitals where Ben was treated - Portsmouth, Southampton and Bristol.”

Any ideas how I can talk to an actual person @Ryanair for an issue with a flight that isn’t leaving in the next 30 days. Just had a chat ended by an agent who said they can’t help - the only option they gave was to submit a complaint form 👀
