Following this tweet @manypets_uk DM'd me but still no further forward. No indication of when I'll receive money just the continuing "we're reviewing your claim" which has been their comment since Nov. #customerservice

I also made a claim back in November and still haven't heard anything. So frustrating! They're renewal department clearly isn't struggling with the same backlog! Annoying to hear your insurance is going up when you're struggling to benefit from the cover! #customerservice
