@lyft - whatever y’all are doing with AI and your support chat, it’s not really a great experience for your customers. It takes forever to get issues resolved now.

Had to be evac’d off of Mario Kart but giving a BIG BIG #UOFistBump to August for helping us out of the ride vehicles and Celina from Guest Services providing passes to compensate us for our lost time.
Dunno what is going on but as soon as the @United club got jacked up to $1200/yr I’ve experienced worse food, more lines, decrease in cleanliness and facilities (like broken Coke machines). The one in LAX has been broken so long they have printed labels saying out of order.
$1200/ year for the @united club membership but it’s been so long since soda machine at LAX broke, the sign becomes permanent. What a joke. These machines are the worst. Warm flat soda in minuscule cups. Do better!
