My friend tricko launched his first ever game into early access today! I’ve played it with him and some other devs over the past year or so, it’s great fun
It’s a cool take on platform/fighter, and it even has online multiplayer!

TL;DR is that it will not be coming out in 2025, it is still coming out for sure, and I'm sorry. The new timeline is "it's done when it's done"

I have 100% completed Balatro!
Was a ton of fun to hunt for Completionist . I play a few runs before bed and it's been a great part of my daily routine. I think it's also equipped me to better design the 1.1 update
Pumped to do it over again with the new content when it's out!

20k wishlists may not have happened for Jake before, but it still isn't nearly enough
Just go to the Steam page for this game and watch the trailer, it's oozing vibes. Then add it to your wishlist and buy it when it launches :)

Pointless Balatro lore: When I started Balatro dev I was living in my hometown of Regina, Saskatchewan. I had a bus stop outside my apartment (similar to the one in this image) and I based the art of 'Ride the Bus' on that bus stop!
